Run by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, ID.me provides secure confirmation of U.S. military enrollment. Once you scan your ID at ID.me, their wallet saves your ID card so that you can prove eligibility for military, veterans, and military family discounts. Just sign up for free, verify which branches of the military you're involved in, and then start saving with military discounts. They also have ID verification for students, teachers, and first responders. ID.me provides one single login to access benefits, discounts, and more, all from one single online portal.
About Veterans Advantage
Founded by the U.S. Military Veterans for Veterans & Families, Veterans Advantage allows active duty, retirees, veterans, and military family members to verify their identities to qualify for discounts online. Once you join, your VetRewards Card becomes your secure military ID for use online to acquire discounts and coupons from the retailers we show above. A membership to Veterans Advantage costs between $1.49 and $9.99 per month, depending on if you signup month-to-month, annually, with a family, etc. Veterans Advantage membership not only comes with discounts but also a jobs and careers network, members-only events, and benefits through VetRewards TravelProtection.
Shop Through GovX
GovX is an online shopping portal that provides savings to active and former military, police, fire/EMS, ROTC, corrections officers, and government workers, as well as the spouses and children of military families. Once you register for the free GovX program, they will verify your military involvement using a work email, DOD information, or department ID. Then, you can start using the military coupons and discounts provided by your favorite retailers either directly on the merchant website or within the GovX portal. You’ll also find exclusive pricing and offers on clothing and apparel, household items, event tickets, travel and more much.
