About Darlings of Chelsea

John Darling started Darlings of Chelsea after buying a sofa from China. The sofa arrived damaged, and he had trouble dealing with the company’s customer service. So he decided to start a company that sold British-made sofas and offered outstanding customer service. The company designs many of its own products. They often draw inspiration from Pinterest, interior design magazines, and interior showrooms. Then, the company produces prototypes to make sure that every detail is right and that it will stand up to rugged use. Next, the company decides which fabrics and coverings to choose before finally offering the furniture to the public. While the company often listens to what customers want changed about their sofa beds, sofas, chairs, and other furniture pieces, it also stresses that it tries to produce timeless pieces. In addition to creating pieces with the company name on them, they also sell other brands, including Duresta, Terrence Conran, and Harris.
