What is eCampus Return / Exchange Policy?
Books bought from eCampus can be returned within 25 days of ship date. Returned items will receive a refund less shipping costs and the restocking fee. eBooks are not eligible for returns.
Sign in to your eCampus account and click Manage My Rentals/ Returns. Next to the item you wish to return, select the quantity to return from the menu and choose your reason for returning. Click Print Label & Complete Return. Pack your item(s) and send to address indicated in return label. Do note that return shipping is shouldered by the customer. Returned items should be in the condition of the original shipment. Refund payment will be processed to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt of item(s).
