HelloFresh UK guarantees that all ingredients included in meal kits will arrive fresh and in good condition. If you receive a box with rotten ingredients or have other problems, you can request a refund or return. You need to either contact the company via email or over the phone within five days of receiving your order. In most cases, HelloFresh UK will add a credit to your account that reduces the cost of the next boxes that you order. You may instead get a full or partial refund of the original price that you paid. Before getting a refund, you need to include more information about the problem that you had such as photos of your ingredients.
