Puzzle Master will provide a full refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling) for virtually any unused, unopened product within 30 days of purchase. If your recent purchase has a manufacturer's defect, the 30-day return window does not apply. Before shipping your return, contact Puzzle Master customer support for return approval. Once you receive approval, ship your return with the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for the return. Puzzle Master does not offer exchanges and will not accept opened, used, worn, or altered merchandise.
