HIP orders over £150 receive free standard shipping within the UK. Orders under £150 are shipped at a rate of £5.99. Orders typically arrive within three to five working days. Visit the Delivery and Returns page for information on other delivery options as well as Click & Collect in-store pickup.

HIP’s Return Policy

You can send any unwanted items back to HIP for £2 within 28 days for a refund with purchases made in the UK via the HIP website or app. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we receive it back in our warehouse. Once refunded, it will show up in your account within 3-5 days. HIP offers free returns at a retail store location.
